Residency Contest Application

THE GOLDFARB FOUNDATION'S 16TH ANNUAL RESIDENCY CONTEST

The 2025 Goldfarb Foundation's Residency Contest is open to any current resident who is part of a residency program in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Delaware. Completed applications must be submitted between March 15, 2025 - May 30, 2025 (9:00 am), and will be reviewed at the June Board Meeting by the members of the Goldfarb Foundation Board. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

The winner of the contest will be invited to lecture on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the 53rd Annual Clinical Conference. The lecture spot will last for 15 minutes. The meeting is being held at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA. Travel expenses will be paid for the winner, as well as an honorarium and per diem. An award will be presented to the winner during the PPMA Inaugural Dinner, to be held the evening of Saturday, November 8, at the Casino Resort.

If you have more than one entry to submit, please complete a separate application for each entry. Once you begin to complete the application, you cannot save your information and return later.
