Lodging Options
TWO types of lodging exist for this trip and determine the overall package price. Each option is based upon availability and is first come first served. Packages with lodging include overnight reservations with arrival on Wednesday, September 4, through departure on Sunday, September 8.
1. Doubletree Single Occupancy rooms are limited in availability and come at a higher cost (see chart).
2. Doubletree Double Occupancy rooms (sharing a room with a roommate) offer 2 beds in each room.
Rooming Assignments and Availability
A limited number of single rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those selecting a Double Occupancy room, you may list on your registration form the name of your roommate. If you want a double room but do not have a roommate, your registration will be converted to a single room at your expense.
Make Your Reservation Today
At least a 50% non-refundable deposit is due by April 19, 2024, to reserve your space at the meeting; full payment is due by July 12, 2024. Final payments paid after July 12 will incur a $50 late payment fee. To guarantee your reservation at this meeting, your deposit or full payment MUST BE received by April 19. After April 19, reservations will be taken based on availability. No reservations will be taken after July 12, 2024.

Payment Information

Room Availability
A limited number of single rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional Room Nights
Should you choose to extend your vacation on the front or back end of the trip, the attendee is responsible for making those arrangements with the Doubletree for additional room nights. The additional night rate is $139 single plus taxes and fees.
Additional Fishing
