52nd Annual Clinical Conference

The 52nd Annual Clinical Conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 7 - Sunday, November 10, 2024, at the Valley Forge Casino Resort.  Up to 30.75 CECH are planned for this meeting with full participation in the Act 124 Opioid Education Training, Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training, APMA Coding Seminar, Risk Management Update, and general Clinical Conference lectures (Friday-Sunday).

The 2024 Clinical Conference is an in-person event and does NOT have a virtual component.

DPM Meeting Attendees

The general virtual Clinical Conference lectures run Friday-Sunday and plan to offer up to  21.0 CE Contact Hours.  Registration fees start at $249 for PPMA Members.  Additional hours can be earned by registering for the APMA Coding Seminar and the Risk Management Update.

The exhibit hall has 45 booth spaces available for sale.  Booth prices start at $1050 and increase by $100 on August 1.  Booths include a 10x10 space, one 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket, WIFI, an ID sign, and complimentary lead retrieval. 


HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Valley Forge Raddison

Overnight accommodations can be made at either Casino Resort properties, the Stardust Tower (formerly Radisson), or Casino Tower.  The room rates start at a discounted price of $160/night.  The room block is protected through October 16, 2024, or until the room block commitment has been met, whichever comes first.  


Act 124 Opioid Education Training

The Act 124 Opioid Education Training session occurs on Thursday, November 7 from 8:00 am - 10:00 am.  Up to 2.0 CECH is available for this session.  The registration fee for the Act 124 Training is $50.  

Act 31 mandated reporter training

The Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training session occurs on Thursday, November 7 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.  Up to 2.0 CECH are available for this session.  The registration fee for Act 31 Training is $50.

APMA CODING SEMINAR

Coding and Billing

The APMA Coding Seminar will occur on Thursday, November 7, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.  Up to 3.75 CECH will be available. Registration fees start at $175 for APMA Members & Office Staff and $250 for Non-APMA Members.



RISK MANAGEMENT update

Risk Management

The Risk Management Update is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Up to 2.0 CE Contact Hours will be available, and the registration fee is $149.  A hot buffet dinner is included with your registration fee and is available from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Call for Abstracts and Post Contest

The Call for Abstracts will accept submissions March 15, 2024, through June 15, 2024.  Those who would like to submit an abstract can do so utilizing the electronic form.  Additional details about the Call for Abstracts and ensuing Poster Competition can be found on this page.

15TH ANNUAL RESIDENCY CONTEST

Submissions for the Foundation's 15th Annual Residency contest will be accepted through 9:00 am on Friday, May 31 .  The contest is open to those in a residency program based in PA, DE, MD, or NJ.  The winner of the contest will be invited to lecture on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024, at the 52nd Annual Clinical Conference.
