2017 Clinical Conference
The Clinical Conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 9 - Sunday, November 12 at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA.  For an additional registration fee, you can also participate in the Coding Seminar and Risk Management Update.

DPM Meeting 
The general Clinical Conference lectures run Friday-Sunday and offer up to  21 CE Contact Hours.  Registration fees start at $125 for PPMA Members and $425 for APMA Members.  Additional hours can be earned by registering for the APMA Coding Seminar and the Risk Management Update.
The exhibit hall has 71 booth spaces available for sale.  Booth prices start at $850, with first priority being given to companies who exhibited at the 2016 Clinical Conference.  Booths include a 10x10 space, 1 6' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, WIFI, and ID sign.

Hotel Reservations
Overnight accommodations can be made at the Radisson Valley Forge at a discounted rate of $155/night.  The room block is protected through October 10, 2017 or until the room block commitment has been met, whichever comes first 
Risk Management Update

The Risk Management Update is scheduled for Thursday, November 9 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Up to 2.0 CE Contact Hours will be available and registration includes dinner from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  Specific speakers and lecture topics will be announced soon!

Coding Seminar

The APMA Coding Seminar will occur on Thursday, November 9 from 1:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Registration fees are $130 for APMA Members or Office Staff and $200 for Non-Members.  Specific speakers and lecture topics will be announced soon!
Assistants Course

The Assistants Course will offer two different tracks in 2017, Track One for administration and Track Two for the ASPMA Review & Exam.  More information on the Assistants Course will be available in the summer.

Call for Abstracts & Poster Competition

The Call for Abstracts is accepting submissions through June 15, 2017.  Those who would like to submit an abstract can do so utilizing the electronic form.  Additional details about the Call for Abstracts and ensuing Poster Competition can be found on this page.

8th Annual Residency Contest

Submissions for the Foundation's 8th Annual Residency contest will be accepted through 9:00 am on Monday, June 5.  The contest is open to those in a PA-based residency program.  The winner of the contest will be invited to lecture on Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at the 45th Annual Clinical Conference.
